Huge file is huge. But it’s worth it, I promise ;)

And here we go…one giant collage of pictures from my trip to Japan. It shouldn’t be too hard to guess which one is me :devilish: If you’re my friend on Facebook, there are 3 full albums of pictures, but I just took the funniest / my favorite ones to make this collage. Hope ya’ll enjoy!

Here’s a brief lowdown of the trip: we were there for 8 days (2 days of travel), spent one night at a Buddhist monastery, one full day in Osaka and Nara, and the rest of the days and nights were in various parts of Kyoto. In Kyoto and Osaka, we spent most of the time shopping and visiting historic sites. The second day of the trip is when we visited the school where my teacher used to work a couple years ago. The kids were awesome! And a few were pretty fluent in English, it was pretty amazing to talk to them and have a tour. Later that day, we went to a 5-story game center called BB’s (DDR ftw!) and went to a sento (hot spring) right after. The Buddhist monastery was really cool, I wasn’t expecting it to be, but I had a ton of fun. We did a night walk (which turned into a race between Katrina and I) and then took a dip in another sento right at the monastery. Osaka was pretty awesome, the castle was gorgeous and the shopping at night was super fun, everything was lit up. Nara was just about the same culturally, but it had wild deer that acted like dogs lol. They came right up to you and were super friendly, that’s where we wore kimono too. The last night was, well, interesting. We played a scavenger hunt that day (who can take pictures with the most school kids, a girl with a super short skirt, etc.), and the photo worth OVER 9000 points was to take a picture with a Japanese business man, wearing his coat. As you can see, my group was the victor :D Karaoke was that night, and the next day was our last, spent at a Fox Shrine.

And that’s about it...best trip of my life. I didn't want to come home ;_______;
